Mission and Purpose The Christian Emergency Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing and equipping Christians to respond to emergencies and disasters through prayer, preparedness, and practical assistance. Our mission is to serve and support individuals, churches, and communities during times of crisis, promoting disaster readiness, and providing spiritual, emotional, and physical aid.
User Responsibilities 2.1. Eligibility: By using the CEN services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing or using the CEN services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
2.2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account or using the CEN services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements while using the CEN services. You may not use the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
2.4. Respect for Others: You agree to respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of others. You shall not engage in any activity that is harmful, offensive, threatening, or discriminatory towards other users or CEN staff.

2.6. Emergency Reporting: In the event of an emergency or crisis situation, you understand and acknowledge that the information provided through the CEN services is not a substitute for professional emergency services. You should always contact the appropriate emergency response authorities for immediate assistance.
Liability Limitations 3.1. Use of CEN Services: You acknowledge and agree that your use of the CEN services is at your own risk. CEN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
3.2. Third-Party Services: The CEN services may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services. CEN does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. You acknowledge and agree to use such third-party services at your own risk.
3.3.
